Our mission is to provide job training for participating veterans to produce biodiesel for vehicles, heavy equipme

nt, generator, etc. and assisting organization's emergency disaster relief, clean up and community reconstruction efforts.

I was inspired to learn how to make alternative forms of energy after I enlisted in the US Navy and I spent a great deal of my time escorting oil tankers in the Persian Gulf and the Straight of Hormuz. The resent wars in the region and on going political disputes were and are in my opinion about access to fuel, not religion or cultures clashes.

Since 2003, I've learned how to make biodiesel from used cooking oil and have been teaching other veterans and organizations ever since.

At United Peace Relief we believe that a more peaceful world is only possible if all peoples work together on sustainable living solutions using renewable energy resources. To that end, we are reaching out to organizations like yours to foster this concept, seek partnership on developing local projects and cooperative efforts during our volunteer disaster relief efforts.

I'm reaching out to you is to see if any veterans in your community would be interested in working with us to develop a small scale biodiesel plants in Michigan's Detroit metro area and elsewhere to recycle used cooking oil and convert it into transportation fuel for nonprofit organizations.

Thank you for your time and consideration,
